Therapeutic Massage treatments are focused on your individual healthcare needs. Pressure and techniques can vary from light and general to deep and specific. Goals can include(but are not limited to) reduction of tension, promotion of injury healing, reduction of pain, and increased range of motion. Typically we will pick a few areas of the body that will be focused on in this type of treatment. I work hard to listen to you and to your body to provide the most beneficial treatment possible.
